Follow the instructions to view or change your account/service information via Email.

Change Address

Request for changing the ADSL line installation address is not accepted by Email.

Change Subscription Address

If you have changed your address registered with OCN, please give us the following information and mail to: mail-506506@ntt.com

Change Billing Address

If you have changed your billing address registered with OCN, please give us the following information and mail to: mail-506506@ntt.com

Email (Family Mail)

Change Email Address

To change your account name (before@), please mail to: mail-506506@ntt.com the following information with "Change Email Address" in the message title.

Mail host name (after @) will be automatically assigned by OCN.

[Note on Account Name]
  • Must be 3 to 20 characters in length with lower case letters, numbers, "-(hyphen)", "_(underscore)", or ".(period)".

  • Must start with a lower case letter, must not begin/end with any of the punctuation characters AND must not have two or more periods in a row.

  • In some cases, your choice of account name may not be available if it has been already used or if it is unusable.

[Note on Password]

Create password with upper/lower case letters, numbers and the following punctuation and special characters:
"!", "$", "%", "&", "'", "(", ")", "*", "+", "/", ";", "<", "=", ">", "?", "[", "]", "^", "{", "}", and "~"

Add New Email Address

To add a new mail account, please mail to: mail-506506@ntt.com the following information with "Add New Email Address" in the message title.

You can add up to 30 Email accounts (except the first one assigned at sign up).

To discontinue your Email address, please mail to: mail-506506@ntt.com the following information with "Cancel Email Address" in the message title.

Email Virus Check

To sign up or cancel Email Virus Check, please mail to: mail-506506@ntt.com the following information with "Sign up (or Cancel) Email Virus Check" in the message title.

Cancellation

To cancel OCN service plan, please mail to: mail-506506@ntt.com the following information with "Request for Cancellation" in the message title.

  6. Desired Cancellation Date

  7. Reasons for Cancellation

  8. Billing Address(if different from Subscription Address)

  • Desired Cancellation date should be the date you send this request form by Email. However, OCN ADSL Set subscribers should set the date 10 days after the date you request in order for the ADSL line removal.

  • Cancellation of OCN service will not terminate NTT services. Request cancellation of NTT service separately if you subscribe to NTT FLET'S service.
